Turbo Tax

Why do all good things come with headaches and grief and hours upon hours of hard work?

To make you appreciate it?!?  I would have appreciated my tax refund.  But now after all the hours of work and chatting with Turbo Tax people, I'm just annoyed.  Frustrated.  Time crunched.  Argh!

 We've been chatting forever about why Turbo Tax tells me that my form is not ready, but that it is ready, but that I have to update, but that I have updated, but that it's not ready, but that it is ready, but that I have to update, but that I have updated, but that it's not ready.... and around and around in circles!

And finally the lady says: Ok, I understand now. 

What?!?!

I've only explained it about five times!  What was there not to get?!?????   :)

So finally she has me uninstall my program, and she sends me an update.  But what message do I get with the update when I try to download it???

"That product is not available for download yet. You will receive an email in late November notifying you when your downloadable TurboTax product is available."

Oh boy.  Turbo Tax does not like me.  Not at all.  Not one bit.  I feel like Charlie Brown.
